For a budget friendly hotel, this exceeded all of my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. They do offer breakfast but we didn't get to try it due to time constraints. Great place to stay for those visiting Penn State.

The property is close to the state college campus and was super convenient. Lot of food and grocery options nearby. It was clean and nicely organized. Staff were very respectful and responsive as well. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is about the breakfast, not lot of options for a three star hotel. That could be improved..

We had an amazing stay over the weekend! The staff was great, very helpful. The rooms were clean, surprisingly quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was good, coffee wasn't bad. I would say the best part was definitely the staff, they make you feel right at home just like staying at a family members house.
