The room was absolutely amazing, far more spacious than we expected and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by providing excellent local recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and things to do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of and would gladly stay here again!

I just returned from my first stay at the Stamford and can only say great things about the staff, particularly the front desk people. Daniel (front desk manager) and Maria were unfailingly helpful no matter how trivial the question, and that set the tone for my five-day visit. Surprise $25 fee for "credit" to use in the hotel snack bar or breakfast (which is $23 ). The breakfast was pretty good tho. The snack bar situation was ridiculously overpriced tho, 2 small bags of chips, 2 regular candy bars, 2 drinks and one bag of pretzels was $40! They give you weird little tidbits of extras like one set of ear plugs, 2 of the smallest cotton balls that ever existed and 2 teeny bottles of water. It's like..they're trying to put on an appearance of luxury but its a facade because the sheets are ROUGH, you don't even get like a comforter, just sheets and a regular thin blanket, the view isnt great either unless you're into highways? There were lots of extra fees tossed in there too like "travel taxes" that amounted to way more than the listed price so be prepared, the advertised price is NOT what you'll pay when all is said and done. Won't stay here again. If I'm gonna pay $500 when all is said and done just say that, the bait and switch is garbage.

The overall hotel was clean but dated. However, the bed was very comfortable. My one complaint is that there was a lot of smoking (tobacco and weed) around the door to the parking garage…we had to walk through wall of smoke walking to the car. As someone who suffers from bronchitis/coughing on a regular basis this was an issue. I was happy about the complimentary coffee service but 6-8 is very limited especially over a weekend.

DANIEL WAS AMAZING 10/10. He recommended some ideas I can do for a quick easy dinner. He answered all 300 of my questions. He was very helpful with the parking and during my checkout/re-checking in. AND I loved that he pronounced my name correctly on the first try when nobody can. He was an amazing help and I wish the pool was open. That’s it, that’s all. THANK YOU FOR THE STAY.
