Stayed with my brother for one night on our way back home from a trip up North for the weekend. Easy check in/out, a very pleasant staff, great rates, and the room was clean and comfortable. If we found ourselves in this area again, we’d absolutely book here.

Great value, in easy range of LaGuardia. Condition of the property is admittedly a bit rough, but that is acknowledged in the notices posted that the hotel is undergoing renovation, so perfectly understandable. Front desk staff was exceedingly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Great stay.

My room was clean, private and quiet. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Breakfast was very good. The only disappointment was it took management seven days to try to return my security deposit and by then unfortunately I had changed my bank card so it took longer for me to get my money back.

My flight was delayed, so I didn’t arrived until 2:30am, the desk attendant was not there but a note that said to drop my key if I was checking out. After a short wait, I was checked in. This property will be much better in a couple of months, they are currently renovating.

The bathroom was dirty. The space was cramped. We had to go up stairs to get to the elevator. The coffee maker spewed liquid every where. For the cost of the room, the experience was extremely disappointing.
