Hotel is clean and well maintained, with a nice lobby. Staff is very nice. However, very little sound proofing killed the experience for us. If you have active neighbors, you can hear what’s going on next door. When walking down the hall, you can hear conversations in rooms. And when room doors close, they slam, which be heard down the hall.

The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I traveled solo I felt safe however, you can hear the noise from others, it wasn't the worst but it did wake me up a few times. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

I spent three nights at The Watershed in Norwalk, and overall it was a good stay. The property itself is modern, clean, and well‑located — exactly the kind of boutique‑style hotel Connecticut desperately needs more of. My room was comfortable, the design felt fresh, and the staff was consistently warm and professional.

My stay at The Watershed in Norwalk, CT, was absolutely excellent from beginning to end! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the entire stay made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s always refreshing to find a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and truly enjoy your time away. The Watershed delivered on every level and made my visit memorable. Whether you’re looking for a getaway, a place to relax, or accommodations while visiting Norwalk, I would definitely recommend giving The Watershed a try. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future. It’s not often that everything comes together so well, but this experience was definitely worth sharing. Thank you to The Watershed for an outstanding stay. Highly recommended!

This is an exceptional property. The lobby and the rooms are well designed and very well maintained. My room -- marketed as a suite but actually a junior suite because there's no separate living and bed rooms -- was well-priced, spacious and very nicely furnished. The bathroom was enormous. The view of the trees and the river are delightful. I did not use the restaurant but it looked very nice (very helpful because there doesn't seem to be any other decent options nearby). The staff were all friendly and attentive. The only negative was the complementary continental breakfast, which was decidedly mediocre.
