“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”

“The Was clean and well presented. The staff are lovely chatty and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and made with good quality products. The pub it self is a lovely little pub and with a good selection of drinks for its size.”

“Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized and maintained. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers.”

“This Inn is a olde style building with wooden beams in the bedrooms etc. As such with this type of building there are low ceilings and hardly a straight wall anywhere. We found that our room although quaint wasn’t spotless as other places we’ve stayed. One of the two window blinds didn’t work, we couldn’t get it to drop down. “Stayed at one of their beautiful and uniquely design luxury bedroom, absolutely loved it. The bar downstairs is great and very cosy, they aeved great choices for breakfast and the staff were helpful and nice. Would stay again.”

We had a room overlooking the car park. (Plenty of free parking for residents) We could hear the road, however, we had the window open as we were very warm and it wasn’t busy overnight. “We stayed at the Brace of Pheasants for one night and it was really lovely. The room was big, airy and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was lovely. We ate dinner in the pub and it was absolutely delicious. I am coeliac and Matt, the owner, was very knowledgeable when helping me to decide what to have.
