A nice hotel. We stayed here for a family celebration. Great breakfast. Nice rooms. Quite steep stairs so unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Disappointing service at breakfast. Very slow and the waitress that checked us in on the previous evening seemed to have a personality change the following morning. Totally unfriendly.

Great location in the middle of Brewood which is a gorgeous village. We were there for a birthday celebration in Brewood so it was very convenient. Nice rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Lovely atmosphere.

A refurbished quirky hotel with friendly staff, good food and comfortable accommodation. Steep winding stairs to upper floors need care to navigate but was not a problem for me.

Pleasant

Clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was a bit of dirt on the chair in the room and shower water was intermittent.

Excellent food and welcoming staff, who were all very helpful. The facilities were excellent with a very pretty courtyard garden. It was a pleasure to stay there and would highly recommend it.

Lovely public space in the hotel. Staff all very friendly and efficient. We had an amazing breakfast. The beds were very comfortable but we marked the facilities down purely based on a very squeeky bed, however we were only there for 1 night so didn't give management the chance to sort it. I'm sure they would have done. Would definitely stay there again. Lovely little town too.

This guy s a lovely bistro hotel. Very clean and friendly hotel . Wonderful restaurant/bar and breakfast is amazing . Well worth the money. Second visit and will come back next year .

Lovely country pub

Nice cosy pub and rooms. I had breakfast which was good (poached eggs were very good) but didn’t eat dinner. I have stayed before and evening food is also good. I had some work to do and struggled with wifi signal but it’s a nice place to stay

Lovely meal & stay.

Lovely overnight stay. We booked a meal in the restaurant for hubby's birthday, & finished it off with cocktails, before retiring to our room The staff were friendly, the room was pleasant & overlooked the village centre. Nice, pleasant relaxed evening. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning too.

The Lion

Stayed here for a wedding at Prendall Hall. Brew pod is a small village which had nice Christmas lights and atmosphere. Rooms were of a good size and clean Staff were polite and courteous.

Nice for 1 night

Small village which was lively for when we stayed. No lifts so dragging your luggage up and down stairs for one night is painful. Bed comfortable but tiny room. Are in restaurant for dinner but was very average. Breakfast was included and was a lot better. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a nice place to stop for one night. Parking a bit far away but corner stores and other pubs close by.

Inconvenience….

Advised in advance needed hypoallergenic bedding. Got to room all feather. No apology from the man checking me in offered a blanket at one point in the end asked another guest to change rooms with me! Room I got changed into the door didn’t close properly and mattress dipped on the middle also very noisy from the street. Had to ask for an iron 3 times felt like I was an inconvenience. Evening meal was ok! Didn’t bother with breakfast. Not worth the money would not stay again.
