We enjoyed stay there but there is a little confused with their changing names but not sure which one. The rooms a were very comfortable. There was a couple problems in the room which was no water pressure in the bathroom sink to brush your teeth. And the dishwasher wasn't bolted down. If you open it everything will fall out. But the rooms was spacious and the beds was very comfortable.

Bed smelled like cigarette smoke and old perfume. Bed was clean but the throw reeked. Tbe refigerator sounded like a slow rolling bowling ball down an infinite lane. Finally stuck the throw in a dresser drawer and.Not the typical Candlewood at all!Was going to lodge a complaint the next morni g but had to get on the road with the snow coming and could not get anyone to come to the desk.

This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. Upon checkout, I was told that because the room was booked online I couldn’t get a physical receipt, and that I would get my $50. deposit back in 3-5 days. I checked out on 3-8-26. I called and asked about my deposit on the 15th because I had not received it and was told to give it a few more days. I still don’t have my deposit. I have pictures of how the room was left. I ve tried to reach out to the manager but have been put off every time. I’d hate to report this but after reading some of the other reviews I’ve decided to notify BBB.

Cette hotel est en rénovation majeur par le nouveau propriétaire mais ils sont resté ouvert durant les travaux. Très mauvaise idée! Ils devraient écrire en majuscules dans leur annonce En rénovation travaux exécutés même durant la nuit à vos risques et périls. Pas de déjeuner et pas de café. Ils ne veulent que votre argent et non votre tranquillité. À éviter.
