“All round a very pleasant stay.”

“This is a country hotel with rooms above. Our room which were very comfortable and appropriately furnished. The rooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, a coffee pod machine and kettle with a full tray offering various beverage options and biscuits / cookies. The staff were just brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed during a particularly warm weekend and despite no air conditioning in our room, we were given two fans to cool it down. “Staff, owners and even guests all friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for owner snd staff. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in spacious, airy comfortable rooms. Plenty of free parking. Joanna was amazing, and even provided complimentary champgne for our wedding anniversary. Great food too. Our favourite place. We'll be staying again. Steve snd Jill.”

“The hotel was spotless everywhere. The staff had excellent service. Breakfast included”

“Loved it! However, I would suggest avoiding The Chapel for breakfast. We waited 45 minutes to be served and when we were eventually served, we were told our children couldn’t have pancakes 1.5 hours into breakfast being open and with another 1.5 hours to go. The food was bland and cold when it came. I’d definitely ditch the breakfast option to try out a local cafe instead! Apart from that, everything else was incredible!”
