Restaurant staff were exceptional. Great food, good vibes, clean rooms. The only downside was the front desk staff providing incorrect information about amenities and where to find them. The elevator to the beach was out of service, so plan on an epic adventure down a ton of stairs to get there.

When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Not sure if it is the norm but the response for room service is terribly delayed. Once I reached someone on the line they did provide a quick turnaround for my request. The Westin Resort did not post any events during my stay but maybe I didn’t catch them at a good time. Overall, it was a good experience.
