Not the best maintained property BUT the staff was great and the value for our villa was amazing. I want expecting the 20% gratuity on every meal but it was cool because the staff and the food was great. The views were amazing, the pool was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I came for vacation for five nights and it was hands-down. I never leave reviews but this hotel deserves five stars The best trip we have taken ever. The staff was incredibly kind. It's convenience and spectacular view of the harbor over looking Charlotte Amelia for our last night. The front desk lady on the mid-shift was so pleasant and knowledgeable to our questions. The restaurant's atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I as we lived in the VI for many years. To finish our stay, our taxy driver was like a private tour guide to the airport. What more do you want ?
