The staff was awesome!!! Rooms clean & kept clean the whole time we were there. I just wished it had dining & some kind of entertainment due to its location. I would stay there again just because of staff.

Property was not as good in the pictures, lots of hurricane damage that has never been fixed. Also had an annoying lady who claimed she owned some big hotels on the island there and not stop bugging us about how “influential” she was and that the owner lets her stay there for free. This lady also kept feeding the iguanas at the pool that another person had claimed to kind of attack them, and that is why they keep staying around the pool.

Many websites aren't kept current but we hoped for a restaurant and bar on site as we didn't want to take a cab. The facility should invest in updating the rooms and the grounds. The hotel is in a lovely location and with some care could return to her earlier elegance. The room was very clean and linens fresh. I hope they bring her back to be the first class hotel she was meant to be.

First night the clerk gave the wrong key for a room that was already occupied. Secondly, the room card sucks due to always deactivating. I stayed there for 3 nights and I had to go to front desk 8 times to reactivate card. Otherwise, the rooms are nice and an amazing view of the ocean.
