I liked the location being close to the airport and it was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They should put a microwave in the room and have entertainment on the beach at night sometimes, like a live band or DJ. Spice it up a little for the guests. People like to have fun on vacation.

Emerald Beach Resort is right on the sand. Great view of Lindbergh Bay from the balcony. You can walk over from the airport and cruise ship is nearby too. Property needs another refurb i.e. refrigerator location under drink prep sink looks bad. Room has a safe. Needs better landscaping, too much bare ground and unkempt plants. WiFi is fast. Pool is small, but we spent most swim time at the beach. Staff responds to all requests. On site beach bar / restaurant is nice and convenient. Beach umbrellas and chairs are complimentary for hotel guests.

The beach could have a better set up. It’s beautiful but the beach chairs and such are quite old a refresh would draw more outside customers for the beach and bar and restaurant atmosphere. The staff are always amazing we’ve been here a few times and feel welcome by everyone

Spent 4nights and it was beautiful close to beach great views. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar closed early like 9pm so if u didn’t have food by then you will starve and if you did have food there was no microwave to heat the food up.

All of the staff were always helpful and pleasant including the taxi drivers. Taco taxi is a must so much fun. You do need a dry bag to swim from the boat to the restaurant. Snorkel while your there totally awesome and worth every dime.

The property was in a fantastic location. Beach front was amazing. The rooms were clean. Food was very good. Service at the bar was great. Pool was nice but needed some cleaning and curb appeal. The staff was great. The location was perfect to go sightseeing. It is not the Ritz but great resort for the price. We will definitely go back!
