This place is amazing and we will definitely be coming back!! It was the perfect Honeymoon Destination and lived up to the hype that is seen on TikTok and other social media platforms. The All Inclusive Option is truly All Inclusive, no extra fees, no hidden fees, and that makes it even more worth the trip to stay here. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile. The food is amazing, every meal was delicious!! The chef’s are hilarious!! You can’t go wrong staying at Bolongo Bay!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The staff was amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel like they were happy to have us there. The resort has such a fun, laid-back island atmosphere. We loved being able to relax right on the beach, enjoy the beautiful views, grab a drink, and just soak in St. Thomas without the stuffy resort feel. The food and drinks were great, the property was beautiful, and the entire experience felt personal and authentic. What really stood out to us was the people. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our trip special, and that kind of hospitality is hard to find. We came home with wonderful memories and were honestly sad to leave! This was our first trip to St. Thomas, and Bolongo Bay helped make us fall in love with the island. We are already talking about coming back and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a relaxing, friendly, fun Caribbean getaway where you can truly unwind and enjoy island life, Bolongo Bay is the place. 10/10 — we can't wait to return! 🌴☀️🌊🍹

We travel frequently and this is my favorite resort. Every single employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I mean from check in to check out (we were there 9 days) every single employee spoke to us with a warm and friendly greeting (good morning, good afternoon, good evening), they asked about our stay, could they get us anything etc. The food at both restaurants was very good and the portions are huge and of course the wait staff is attentive. The pool is clean and there was no sand in it. The beach was restful with plenty of chairs. It’s family owned and the family was there daily and active with employees and guests. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a balcony off our room that was pleasant to sit on and watch the waves come in and enjoy the breeze. The only thing I would have liked was a larger shower. It was only really big enough to stand in. The mirror in our bathroom was getting old and had a few small spots were the mirror was flaking. All in all our stay was a 10 out of 10 and we will stay there again!
