The staff were amazing, especially Francis and Sarah in the restaurant and bar, so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are great and the buses were easy to use and conveniently just outside the hotel.

It was lovely. Staff so helpful. Would suggest more shuttle bus runs in the evenings as it was a bit of a walk to St Helier.

Jersey is a beautiful island and this was our fifth time staying in this beautiful hotel. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. The spa and treatments are wonderful. It's in a quiet area and an easy walk into the town. There is the shuttle bus option and local buses (which are excellent) also stop outside the hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and look forward to our next visit.

Just got back from a 2 night stay in Jersey, for my wedding anniversary. Such beautiful hotel, we had balcony spa room it was super spacious. Lovely touch with the fresh flowers and a card congratulating us. Complimentary waters, coffee and towels were re stocked daily. The breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was delicious. Would definitely recommend Hotel De France.

Everything was absolutely amazing. One bit of constructive criticism would be that the basin taps in the en-suites are really difficult to turn on/off as there is nothing to grip.

A 20-25 min walk downhill to town centre . … shuttle bus offered but only 3 times a day finishing at 2pm. Feel like more times would be a bonus for this hotel.
