Trop cher pour les prestations proposées

L’accès à l’espace bien être n’est pas compris dans le tarif, il faut le réserver et payer 25 euros pour 1h. De plus il ferme à 19h. Je n’ai donc pas pu en profiter alors que j’avais choisi cet hôtel uniquement pour cela. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, il y a tout ce que l’on veut. Le prix est élevé 25 €. Le restaurant a des tarifs élevés également. Cet hôtel est agréable mais ne vaut pas les sommes demandées pour les nuitées et repas !

Séjour de 4 nuits dans une très jolie chambre. Propreté impeccable, calme et confort. Personnel souriant et serviable. Par contre, dîner assez cher en rapport aux plats proposés. Petit déjeuner diversifié, dommage qu'il n'y est pas la possibilité de se faire cuire des oeufs.

SUPER WEEK-END

Week-end de 3 jours en couple. Accueil à la réception par une personne très aimable et souriante qui nous explique tout le fonctionnement. Petit apéro avant le repas, barman à notre écoute, qui prend le temps de nous expliquer les cocktails avec gaieté. Repas, carte variée, très bonne cuisine servie avec le sourire dans la bonne humeur. Petit déjeuner au TOP, très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts en buffet, un serveur est là en permanence pour veiller à notre confort et toujours avec le sourire. Par tout le personnel nous avons été très bien accueillis et tous à notre écoute et surtout toujours avec le sourire. Chambre très agréable, pas un bruit que du bonheur. L'hôtel est bien situé, très beau domaine avec SPA et golf, entouré de plusieurs petits villages, très beau à visiter. Nous avons fait trois jours de balade à flâner de village en village. A refaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est exceptionnel dans une bâtisse exceptionnelle. Quelques petit points a revoir comme le chauffage dans la chambres au vu des températures hivernales. Mais l'esprit d'apaisement est bien présent.

Bel endroit / demi pension catastrophe

Hôtel en bon état général. Belle demeure de charme mais avec déco minimaliste qui mériterait d’être personnalisé , magnifique parc avec du potentiel d’amenagement certain. chambre dans la bâtisse principale au niveau de 4 étoiles avec le confort adéquate. Par contre je voyage en france et dans le monde en permanence en 4 ou 5 étoiles , je peux dire que je n’ai jamais vu un buffet de qualité aussi médiocre dans toute ma vie dans un 4 étoiles!! Le buffet prevu dans « la demi pension » objectivement « est moins bon »que dans n’importe quelle cafétéria sur un autoroute de qualité industrielle a peine digne d’une d’une cantine d’entreprise…. C’est complément décalé avec un lieu chargé d’histoire! Alors qu’il s’agit de buffet avec un service forcement « réduit » le personnel au restaurant a l’air d’être «  dépassé » et le fait d’avoir avec véhémence… A contrario ,le personnel de la réception est courtois et professionnel. Le petit déj. est par contre beaucoup plus au niveau d’un 4 étoiles., en terme de quantité et de choix . par contre la qualité notamment des viennoiseries mériterai d’être améliorés L’hôtel vient d’être repris par un groupe spécialisé visiblement dans le All inclusive «  moyen / bas de hamme  » qui n’a pas du bien saisir les attentes (normale) d’une clientèle qui vient dans une demeure de charme 4 étoiles… La marge de progression à réaliser est grande mais il serait dommage de ne pas le faire dans un lieu qui pourrait retrouver sa splendeur passée.
