Good location to walk to Phillies game. Breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast. Room was nice. My only problem was noise level was incredibly loud from adjacent road in end room of building. Unable to sleep.

We were insulted because the receptionist never informed anyone that we had service dogs with us. We were then embarrassed, insulted and then charged a fee for our service dogs, and was berated and told we were hiding the fact that we had dogs with us. I explained to management that the receptionist gave us a magnet to put on the doorframe letting everyone know there were dogs in the room.I was never so embarrassed as I was with this hotel. Having disabilities is hard enough, I don’t need a hotel manager telling everyone about it.

Front desk staff checking in were so kind and went above and beyond for us getting us check in late, upgrading our room and everything!! Only disappointing thing we had was during maid service while we were away, our door was not shut after- and we came home to our hotel room door being propped open still, and we do not know how long it was left like that since we were gone most of the day into the late evening. Definitely something to be considerate of considering peoples belongings are in those rooms still when the maid service does not bother to lock the door to your room when they are done!! Other than that hotel was clean and new which was very nice to get to stay in:)
