I had a wonderful stay at The Inn on Third. This is a charming, historic boutique hotel with a unique antique character that makes it feel warm and welcoming. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, the location is excellent, and the attention to detail gives the hotel a lot of personality. If you’re looking for a place with charm instead of a generic chain hotel, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely come back.

I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special.

Location is amazing.! Walking distance to restaurants and the pier, and close to Sun runner bus that goes to St Pete’s Beach. The inn shows its age, but is well maintained. Staff is helpful. The continental breakfast and free parking is a plus. Will stay here again when in St. Petersburg.
