The restaurant was overpriced and not good. The staff was young and seemed not to like their jobs. Didn't give good direction for the beach access or information about the grounds etc. other than that, beautiful hotel and beach was perfection.... once we found it....

While the hotel is beautiful and the staff worked very hard to make our stay nice, the hotel is mismanaged. The staff is clearly overworked. The hotel charged us a hidden fee and when I tried to contact the manager about it for months, she would give me false promises that she would take care of this matter and then would never return my calls. When I would call again, I would be placed on hold for a long time again and again. I disputed the charge with my credit card, but the hotel provided erroneous documentation to justify their hidden fees. My friends warned me that the place is grossly mismanaged and to stay away, but I didn't listen and I should have. For the amount of headache and time this has caused me, I would never return.

At Pete 4 star hotel

Food is fantastic, Tammy And Kyle were aces. I would call it a boutique hotel because the amenities are limited but the staff and rooms are far from limited. Worth a shot.

This is a very luxury and beautiful hotel. I love how big the rooms are. The beach isnt too far away, but the pool is a little small. But had a great view for sunset on the rooftop. only complaints are these 2. There was never enough beach chairs and tents out on the beach, even though we told we were going down everyday, they would just say they were some out there, but people were already out there as well. They need more and better chairs, so were broken when we got there. The other thing is the bed was rock hard, extra firm, too firm for me! But a good hotel, I would stay here again.

The hotel is pretty, restaurant bartender very rude though. Front desk was kind of friendly. Check before you book because the roof top bar gets rented out for weddings and you'll have no access. The hotel is over priced for what you receive in my opinion. Valet guys were polite
