Well don't won't 103 TV not up to par, staff was great, I left a mess because I can't stand and do dishes my friend left to go to work and I had to pack and leave so did not have the energy or the willpower to get them done was given a late checkout, would love to come back but not room 103 if possible sorry for the mess

The place is in a good location, u have 23 min the historic town . 20 min for rock island beach the big problem is that theres many roaches .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room felt like a college dorm not a hotel. The bathroom was definitely an after thought. It was ok but I would not stay there if I had my wife or any of my kids with me.

The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work well!!! We were told by someone that the ice machine was suppose to be fixed that day, but wasn't! The fire department sent plenty of trucks to "put out the fire". The fumes were very bad from the blow up. The night before we were scheduled to leave was a bad night. Someone came pounding on our door at midnight with all kind of noises outside our door. We were hesitant to open the door! After about 20 minutes the ruckus finally subsided. Saying all this, we will most definately NOT stay there again. The staff was pleasant, but we did have some issues we have never encountered anywhere!! Thank you for asking our opinion concerning our three week stay!

It appears they have long term renters as an extended stay but are cleaning up the place and for us, it was a great place just to come back and sleep. We ate all meals out and always came home by 1000pm. The property was quiet and budget friendly.

Extended stay means other people have been living there forever. My room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke even though I got a non- smoking room. Domestic violence in the room above me. Roaches. I just felt unsafe overall. Staff was nice. I checked out after the first day and they did refund my money.

The Good - Price was ok. Location is great. Room layout is good. Parking is close to the room. We were not approached or bothered by anybody. Our vehicle was not tampered with. Air conditioner worked well. The Bad - Many long-term renters here that like to hang out outside their rooms and smoke cigarettes. Many shady types hanging around the area. Room and bedding smelled of smoke. Decor is dated and tired. Air conditioner was very loud. Hope I don't have to stay here again.

How do I start. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. We used 2 spray cans of cockroach killer in our 7 day stay. On the 5th day we finally got ahead of them and had 2 free days of no roaches. Constantly spraying every crevise nock and cranny. The staff is super friendly and the rooms is spacious and a nice bed. Room is clean but the floor needs a good scrubbing. Our feet on the bottoms were black every morning. Easy parking and food is close by.
