Property is beautiful just area around is rebuilding after hurricane damage so no pool and no hot tub. Limited parking. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Also no parking permit in the unit. If not for the help of friendly neighbors who we able to help us, we would have been towed. No one at the property to help with little things like that.

Unfortunately, this room ended up being a headache. I spent too many hours trying to reach someone regarding issues. It took 3 attempts of communication before someone reached out to me. Then, I was told I would be contacted after the issue was 'reaolved'. I was not. It is an aesthetically pleasing unit but it was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The fact that I spent most of the first full day of my vacation trying to reach a rental company for a stench in the unit caused a low star review, along with several other issues. The property itself is showing its age and for the money paid I was terribly disappointed. Also, when they advertise 'minimal' supplies they aren't joking. There was 1 roll of thin toilet paper in each bathroom. 1 roll of paper towels. 1 hand towel for drying dishes. So, that was frustrating because we weren't there for an entire week. The dish drying rack was filthy. An additional refrigerator (mini) had mold growing in it and was not clean. There was an overpowering odor from when we arrived (7pm) until the following day at about 5. The maintenance man did not arrive on property until Sunday, we called and emailed Saturday and were told we would be kept updated. The rental company did 'fix' the issue by covering up the smell/cleaning the unit. We were offered compensation and a return/follow up call and did not receive it. Disappointing.
