Very well maintained hotel with friendly staff who really care about the quality of their hotel. Our king suite with full kitchen felt like a roomy one-bedroom apartment. Breakfast buffet had many options, all served hot, and we were able to skip lunch many days due to being full from breakfast. Great location allowed us to walk to downtown and eat at local restaurants and it was a quick drive to Baycare ballpark, and local beach towns.

Rooms and spaces are amazing, very clean, and like new furniture. TV has hundreds. options to watch. Staff is very caring, and room service is very attentive to details. Breakfast had a great variety of juice, cereal, oatmeal toppings, etc. The pool and area are nice and well kept. Definitely enjoyed it with my wife to stay at this hotel. I think the best thing is the location, because it is a short walking distance from anything you need. It has a wonderful park behind it and Walgreens nearby. Of course it's not on the island, next to the beach, but for this price it offers the same exact top-level service and rooms as the Edge hotel and others. Look at the pictures!
Cats are not included. They are came with me.
Kitchen supplied with coffee and tea, but any food you need to order separately. The microwave is pretty big size, can fit large pizza plate.

Stayed here for Phillies Spring training. Location is great. Easy to get to ballpark and easy to get to the beach. Hotel was in pretty good condition and staff were very friendly. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom could use updating and maintenance (our sink drained slowly and the shower was in need of refurbishing). I used the gym. It was small but adequate for my needs. We didn't use the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Our room was spotless! The breakfast options changed every day which was nice. The food was fresh, and the staff were really accommodating. Lots of options! We used the pool and were quite surprised that it is heated. I will gladly stay here again. Great location - close to downtown and highways.
