You cannot beat the location. You are right in city center St. Pete. It made the condition of the room, (not cleanliness, it felt clean) so much as the build/age. Very small bathroom and a smell of mold. This hotel could charge a lot more per night if they put some money in upgrading the place.

We asked for extra blankets and answered no. Asked for an ice bucket and answered no. I asked what I was supposed to use as a container. Answered your coffee cup. Very loud music started at 9 pm, and there was a nightclub around the corner of the hotel. Staff said the band would stop playing by 11 pm, they played until 3 am. On their website they warned construction was going on across the street, but no mention of a nightclub, and then lied to us about it. A kid with brown curly hair was the person we had all contact with.

The hotel is in walking distance to everything fun in St. Pete. The building and rooms are old but there is plenty of room - you definitely get what you pay for, especially for the location. The staff is very friendly and checking in was easy!
