The property was clean, front desk staff changed 3 times in less than 4 hrs. We had trouble with our door and key cards; they just kept telling us to try again. We had to ask cleaning & maintenance staff to open door for us 3 times.

The property was nice and service was great it is in the middle of everything.
The issue we had it was noisy and there is a new hotel being built next door so construction was ongoing from 7 am-6 pm.

The hotel is in walking distance of everything but the hotel itself is older. Overpriced compared to other hotels nearby. Nicer and newer hotels nearby are slightly more but definitely worth paying the extra 20-50$. This hotel is too old to be priced the same as the others.

Worth it for the location and price. Walking distance to Pier 60. Room is pretty decent. Staff are nice.

Jimmy's Crow's Nest food was great. Maid service was great. Not happy about the noisy construction our room faced.

This hotel was very clean, very close to all the attractions as to the pier, swimming pool was nice and warm, walking distance to beach, over all very nice place and I would stay here again..

The property needs updating and the breakfast could be better. You can easily hear traffic from the street in your room if on the road. It is a descent mid range hotel for a quick family get-a-way.
