We reserved a King room gulf front but when we arrived they gave us a room with two queen beds without explaining that they over booked. After seeing what they gave us, I inquired why we didn’t get what we reserved and paid for and they didn’t give a good answer but offered a partial refund and breakfast. Not a good experience.

Excellent, attentive staff both inside, dining and around the pool. I will certainly visit this place again. Food and drink options were exceptional.

The room and the view were very nice. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was good. It was a good location for walking around Clearwater Beach.
