Decent condo in a lovely location

The property is in a wonderful location on a beautiful island very close to St Petersburg and the Gulf beaches. The condo was clean but the furnishings are adequate, nothing fancy. The mattress is a bit soft. Not enough coffee and creamer for our stay and not enough soap in the bathroom. The price was reasonable and we were happy with our stay.

Wonderful!

This property is awesome. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, grills, tennis, and great scenery. Communication was by phone and e-mail, and they were very responsive and accommodating. Nice, quiet location near several dining and bar options. Would definitely recommend!

Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! The grounds were in great condition, including pool, tennis courts and pier with picnic tables and grill. Did not like: the 4:04 email from "PAG Beach Resorts" told us how to get into the unit, but NOT how to lock it from outside. Also, there were at least 4 light bulbs burnt out, which they fixed the next day. Also, there were several incorrect photos in the listing. One was the living room for ANOTHER UNIT (white TV stand, large white lamp shade). And the correct living room picture does not show the nice new sofa. Bottom line: the owner of the unit has done a great job preparing; the "host" or "management" is a little sloppy.

Great communication, clean, as advertised. Close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again! My only minor ding is the kitchen had only one small frying pan, and it wasn't level and didn't provide even heat. We like to make our own breakfast some mornings and this oversight made it a little inconvenient. Please go to TJ Max and get a few nice frying pans. Again, this was just a little nit in an overwhelmingly wonderful stay!

Great property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had only two complaints and they weren't huge. The door handle on the microwave was busted and the toilet paper was probably the cheapest single ply they could find, but those are very small complaints. I loved the privacy on the balcony so I could sit out there in the mornings and drink coffee while watching Netflix on my iPad. It was nice to go straight out the door and have a safe place to run/cycle. We'll definitely book this place again. Totally worth the money.
