Room was super nice - we did not spend much time in there but it fit our needs perfect. We called because our flight was delayed they were super nice about - also we forgot to put our parking pass in window one night (we didn’t want it to blow away while we were driving with the windows down) so we got a ticket for parking violation (from the hotel) I went and spoke to them about it and they were able to take it back. Super nice and welcoming every staff member I came across.

Walkable area. Loved the pool area. Dory was very informative regarding the area. We had a miscommunication at check in but was later resolved with G. Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???

Certainly, the room needs a more detailed cleaning, especially the baseboards, furniture, and corners. The bed linens seemed damp, and we had to put them in the dryer before using them. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were six adults and one child, all comfortably accommodated. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. Parking is spacious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning.

Pool was not heated or if it was it was set extremely low. Day one of our trip, service was great no problem checking in or getting extra pillows. Day two of our trip we asked multiple times for towels and blankets over the phone and at the front desk. They never got delivered. We are “usuals” here and the service this visit seemed particularly lacking.
