The room was spotless & in excellent shape. Our only complaint was the check in process, there isn’t a front desk or anyone on-site to check in with. All communications seem to be through text messages. There is no onsite parking as you have to again text your license plate number & they arrange street parking.

I've stayed at PAG for 5 years and this is by far the best location! Breakfast goes above and beyond bagels and fruit. Wayne is the amazing chef and due to rain on the rooftop, it was delivered to my room. PAG stays have notoriously small bathrooms, not the Berkeley, it was double the size. Location is great, 1 block from Paradise Grille and same street as Brass Monkey. Will definitely stay again.

It rained at night so we were not able to visit rooftop but the staff was nice enough to send happy hour to our room including cheeses , meats and fruit . The few blocks of our area seemed run down, although a block or two away the homes are gorgeous . The Hurricane restaurant was the best part .

Literally perfect, steps from the beach. The only call outs that I would add that this is pet friendly, so we would often hear the next rooms dog, and the balcony is shared, at least for the 1br units. Tons of amenities outside of that, and the rooftop is an added plus. 9/10

Excellent service and a very nice hotel. As of June 2025 they are still recovering from the October 2024 hurricane. The first floor restaurant is still closed and probably will be for a while. But all the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are fine. The top floor viewing, happy hour, and hangout area is also fine. We were on the 3rd floor in the front with a balcony over 8th avenue, very nice. While not a bed & breakfast, it reminds me of one due to being small, serving breakfast, and being full service. We highly recommend BBC. We will be back!

This was my first time for staying at this property. It was a great experience. Dave was great at communications and accommodations. If you don't have a car there, great options to walk to and the beach is directly at the end of the block. We had a car, and Dave made the parking and accessibility very convenient. The room was bright and very clean and had everything we needed in it. The bed was very comfortable. It has a microwave, coffee pot and fridge. The balcony was great to sit out and enjoy the scenery on this quaint street and section of Pass A Grille. Hopefully my next trip here, the rooftop bar will be reopened to enjoy the sunset and atmosphere. Thanks for a great December get a-away.

We loved our stay at the Berkeley Beach Club. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room was stocked with everything you need. We had a suite, and coffee and creamer were both supplied as well as laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. They also provided beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Great deck outside the room too. But we LOVED the rooftop bar! Unfortunately it wasn't "open" yet, nor was the restaurant, but we were still allowed to go up and use the rooftop so we took our drinks up to watch the sunsets, and even met other friendly guests there. It's a lovely spot. Dave was supper helpful and accommodating to our needs and he answered all of our questions. The units are very secure and the keyless entry was perfect! We definitely want to go back!
