The property was nice and comfortable. The room had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The location was perfect. My only complaint was the floor should be swept and mopped after each guest. The woman at the front desk was awesome!

Nice clean property on the intercoastal side of Gulf Blvd. Beach access is across the street from the property, so may have a short walk depending on your room. Only Rooms closer to the intercoastal will have "water" views. May be very limited views. Property was good for our purposes on this trip and Indian Shores is very nice and seems less busy than Madera or St Pete Beaches.

Great location with everything close by. We got groceries on the way in and then parked the car and did not need to drive at all for three days. The beach is right across the street and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant next door is great, though our unit did back up to the parking lot, which was loud at times from deliveries and trash trucks. The pool was nice too.

The condo was perfect for 2 lifelong best friends to meet-up. Supplied with everything we needed for a few days. Grocery store close by to purchase Bottled Water, Coffee and Snacks. We took morning walks on the beach and did not feel uncomfortable at all. Great Restaurants close, within walking distance or a short car ride. We ate at a different restaurant every evening and had great seafood. The condo is older and a little dated, but painted brightly and clean (except for the dusty louver door for the AC closet 😬 Not a big deal!) Stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels (which we did not use), toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and kitchen towels. There were plenty of plates, glass cups, coffee mugs and utensils. We didn’t need to ask for anything except hangers. It was located toward the back of the complex and it was quiet, no street noise. My friend said the mattress was comfortable and I slept on the pull out couch which was fine. We had a great 3 nights. Door Dead-bolt and lock worked well and we felt safe. We both would return to this property for another stay…..
