This little diamond in the rough is quite the little find!!! Location is excellent for an easy walk to downtown. Top notch people that work there, like Ethan, Brain and Larissa!! They get to know you! Plus the sister hotel has a darling restaurant with everything you could want and reasonably priced! Plus the little coffee shop is excellent and offer a array of scrumptious desserts!!! Don't hesitate!!! We will be back!!!

From check in to check out this was a great break experience. The staff are so friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The Avalon is a cool hotel situated great for the harbour and dining options. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thanks.😃

Great place to stay! Can walk everywhere including Tropicana Stadium. Hollander hotel next door has great food, pool and bar. Avalon is eclectic, clean and comfortable. We stay there whenever we are in St. Pete.

Very nice boutique hotel close to downtown. Being able to use their sister hotel The Hollander, excellent! Pool, cabana, restaurant all beautiful. Only negative’s bathroom needs renovating & some front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming like we expected. The young night front desk girl was great & so friendly the rest, not so much.
