Ari dam in florida

No pool or hot tub. Had to go under construction tape to get to the beach. Lobby was a complete disaster. Only a few rooms were rented out, the rest was under construction. Hard to get out of the parking area because there were construction vehicles &dumpsters in the way. Our room was nice, but did not make up for the rest. When we complained they gave us , $245 off our bill, but I have not seen that as of today
