The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful.”

“Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal. “Excellent accomodation with helpful and friendly staff. One lift was out of order for the last two days of our stay. Sauna was also not working. Great breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff. Overall pleased with our stay, will be happy to return here in the future.”

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the breakfast choice was very good and we enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant. The room we stayed in had damp stains on the ceiling and the carpet hadn't been hoovered but apart from that, it was clean . There was a good bus service into St Hellier where you can get buses to other parts of the island.”
