The hotel is clean and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. The housekeepers are really good and always made sure that the room was well stocked with toiletries and teas and coffees. Donna in Ombre Cafe was amazing and welcoming. The only negative is the evening entertainment is very poor, and that really needs to be improved.

Rooms were really clean, most of the pool areas were clean apart from Limonata which had cups everywhere! Sabi was lovely, staff and food were brilliant. Coffee shop was excellent, cakes were exquisite. Only downfall was when it was a restaurant in the evening they didn’t have enough staff and floors were a bit of a mess. However the staff and the food were great. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was easily one of the highlights of the hotel. Every member of the staff was helpful and friendly, but Nina at the front desk deserves a extra big thank you for being so helpful and kind. I would book again!

Had a superior king room. Good size, big bathroom, bed extremely comfortable. Room overlooked the entrance of the hotel which was busy with vehicle noise throughout the day but quiet at night when it mattered. Breakfast was very good although busy in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner was excellent across all restaurants. The pools were good. Ombré was quietest. Sabi was nice but the sun beds were too close together and too crowded. Every member of staff was lovely especially Pyar, Donna & Saqib who were always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. Saqib was great with helping to arrange reservations for guests and with the daily hotel tours.

Just got home and already planning our next trip! The hotel is nearly perfect. Had a few minor hiccups that were all quickly and professionally handled by the incredible staff. Loved the on-site spa! Exceptional services. The beach clubs were our favorite poolside experiences. Carvv and Ombre became our go-to food spots at the hotel. We also found there are some great restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Overall, well worth the stay!

Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)

We had a great stay as a family of four at the end of August. Our two rooms were lovely and the room staff were very good. We were fully inclusive and generally the food was very good and there was a nice choice. It was a little confusing about which restaurants were included though. We were briefly explained it and given a leaflet when we checked in, but it is difficult to take it all in when you’ve first arrived. There was a 10.30 morning guide around the hotel which we didn’t do which might have been helpful as there are quite a few different parts to the hotel. You had to book your evening meal using the qr code and we nearly didn’t get a space at the sabi restaurant as it was nearly fully booked. We did on the final evening and the food was delicious. A great hotel.

The food and service were excellent at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the food quality & selection were excellent, especially the Sunday brunch. Wow! The hotel is very clean and well located for transportation to Valletta or to Gozo.
