This place was great. The staff was warm and welcoming. They helped with any questions and gave great suggestions. The room is large and their location is perfect in town. Would definitely stay again. Great sauna.

Simply amazing stay

This place is amazing. The staff from the concierge to housekeeping and drivers who pick us up from the the train station on july 18-19. They are simply the best. You can’t go wrong with their breakfast. For the price it’s really worth it. Immediate access to shopping within steps from the hotel

Overall Great Experience

Great Experience, Clean and Newly Renovated Property with a great staff that was always willing to assist. Property was located in a well centralized location to many parts of St. Moritz. <5 min walk to Corviglia lift with ski equipment.

Amazing place, not the most comfy beds

This hotel was amazing! From the friendly staff, amazing views, huge wine list, rooftop restaurant/bar, this place has it all! Very romantic! Only two suggestions were a bigger swim area/jacuzzi, and better pillows/mattresses as they were not comfy. All in all amazing!

Staff were excellent and room was comfortable. Loved the pillows and bed. Welcome drink, included breakfast and shuttle to station were great. Didn’t like the sheer curtains in the bathroom - I could see other people in their rooms so I’m sure they could see me too eg sitting on the toilet and getting in and out of the shower. Beautiful hotel in the middle of St Moritz. Close to everything, except the train. Although they provide transportation to the train station, so that was wonderful! Staff was so nice and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The rooftop bar was a great place to reset and admire the view. Wonderful place to stay!

The staff were all super nice and immediately helped with all our requests and needs. The gratus pickup and transfer to the hotel was appreciated after a long travel day. We were upgraded to a spectacular room with the best lake and mountain views. The room was spotless, comfortable and nice extras. The spa facilities are unbelievable and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk and see the sights and the shops are plentiful. We thank all who helped us have a memorable stay.
