An excellent venue from start to finish. The staff are super polite and friendly, service is excellent and the property is clean and very well kept, both inside and out. Food quality is great. We had one issue with in-room dining, where the QR code to access the menu didn't bring up the right menu, so an order we placed wasn't correct. It was immediately addressed and the item comped, which whilst not necessary, was very welcome. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will be back..

Food, drinks and staff were all awesome. They had good bikes to borrow and ride into town on if you wanted, “don’t worry about locking them, nobody will take them”. They also would drive you, and pick you up if you wanted a ride to town. Everything about the experience was 1st class. Room was very clean. Wait staff were all professional. Their gift shop was stocked with high quality items. Even the grounds keepers and maintenance staff were polite. They all treat you like royalty. St. Michael’s was absolutely beautiful.

Disappointing. The hotel is lovely but the staff are in training mode and don’t get things quite right. They didn’t tell us there was an Easter brunch so we missed breakfast on Sunday as they had booked out the dining room and everything in town was already full. The food was nice but relatively expensive. When it rains there is nowhere to sit that is not the room or the pub. The pool despite being advertised was not yet open for the season which was of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, and there is so much to do there, both on property and in the very short walk to St. Michael's. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and made every moment of our stay a beautiful one. Highly recommend staying here, and highly recommend taking one of the boat cruises. The cruise around the bay, either on one of the sailboats or the motorboat, are gorgeous ways to spend the day.
