“Room needs a refresh head board peeling,which left stains on white pillow ,thankfully not my husbands white shirt, oh the pillows were very flat ,lovely breakfast entrance to reception needed a blast of water above very dirty when looking up, staff were all lovely”

Next morning i have asked if any chance to give a room i have seen on the booking platform and they have granted us a better room but the bed was so old and it was so loud with every turn or little movement.
