Front desk staff and valet attendants were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is right across the street from Busch Stadium, so it is very convenient if attending an event there. There is a restaurant in the hotel also, and a few close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Having a disability the valet parking was very helpful. Checking in very easy and the the staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. I will use The Westin again someday.

Everything was perfect. I stayed there for two days to take my son to the Cubs/Cardinals games. From the moment we got there, they let us check in extra early and upgraded us to the club lounge. The staff were great and the room was the nicest I've ever stayed in.

Our first room wasn’t great. The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the streaming function didn’t work on the tvs in our building. However, due to these issues, they moved us to a room where all of these things worked! The room and bathroom were spacious and the room was quiet. The fabric chair with a seat cushion could have used some vacuuming as there were crumbs under the cushion. But all in all, I really enjoyed the room and hotel. The staff were all very friendly - in particular, the valets and the maintenance crew. There is no better hotel to stay in when going to a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. I was back in my hotel before most people could make it to their car!

This hotel was amazing! I forgot a phone charger & one of the maintenance guys ran out to his truck to get me one. The rooms were amazing. The bathroom was like a spa! Cannot wait to stay there again.

The hotel is in a great area for a ballgame or visiting the Arch. Beware of lower floors. The second floor has flags outside that are well lit at night. The window blinds do not block that much light.
