Two bedroom apartment in a brand new building with a reserved parking space. There is only one unit in this building so you won't have to worry about loud neighbors or privacy. The apartment is above a large garage that used primarily for storage so there is very little activity. The apartment is 1,200 square feet with an open floor plan. Great place!
We stayed here during my husbands Coast Guard weekend and it was great. It was nice, clean, plenty of dishes, towels, and other amenities! It was in a safe part of town, we were able to walk to stores and it was right beside a nice park! The property manager was very responsive to every message! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay
Our family of five recently stayed at this property while visiting St. Louis. We had a fantastic time! The property was as described, and was in a great neighborhood! It was also centrally located with short drives to the zoo, botanic garden, downtown, other attractions and a couple local awesome donut and ice cream shops. Very nice place to stay and would stay again!

Great place in St. Louis Hills
Beautiful single floor unit that was impeccably clean and quite spacious. The location was great -- close to everything. Parking was easy, The unit had a nice kitchen and two large bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. I was completely impressed. The owner responded to any message quickly.

Weekend Getaway
This was perfect for me, my husband, and our 22 year old. The location was close to everything and we were very impressed with the neighborhood. There was an art festival at the local park.

Beautiful, spacious space, super private and quiet. Very nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked for cooking, plus free tea, coffee, snacks. We enjoyed our stay, especially because of the location, with a lovely park steps away. Close to Forest Park with zoo and botanical garden. Brian was very responsive. Too often rentals have tired furniture. This space had new looking furnishings. Would stay again for sure.
