The place is completely acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool is nice, hot tub was hot, and the workers were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and being renovated. It is a good value and would stay there again. There are a lot of bad reviews that made me nervous but all of that nervousness was quickly over upon arrival and check in. I know many people who I consider to be hotel snobs who would not like this place but if you are looking for a clean room with a nice pool, where you aren't going to spend a ton then this place is great.

The entire hotel is outdated and under construction. No notification posted at the time of making the reservation nor any signs posted within the lobby. Once you leave the lobby it’s looks like your in a third world country. They don’t have continental breakfast or any amenities. The pool looks so horrible I wouldn’t dare get in it. They assigned me two other rooms that was dirty in one and the other had someone in it before they gave me some what of a room that looks like they just throw stuff in to make it work. I turned the shower on and water started coming out the wall.

Definitely a sketchy place and not as clean as the pictures portrayed! Needs to be deep cleaned and newer carpets. Honestly couldn't tell you if it's ever been clean it looked like blood on the bathroom mirror, mirrors looked like the room was smoked in. It smelled of urine in the hallways with cigarette butts lining the stairs. It's supposed to be under construction but we never seen a person working. No coffee, pop, or snacks in the vending machines. This place gives super cheap motel and honestly shouldn't charge to sleep here!:(

The service was very friendly and I didn’t care that the facilities all need updated, but the rooms were terribly dirty, trash under beds and even visible, dirty baseboards and light fixtures and uncomfortable old mattresses with thin pillows

Absolutely trash hotel tv didnt work the color was so faded the speakers were blown the carpet was gross it reaked of smoke and thats not even the worst part after laying there for about 30 min my mom was bit by a bed bug she killed it and took it down to the reception desk and we requested a refund in which we were denied! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TOO IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD

You get what you pay for...

Reservation and check in were easy enough, and cheaper then originally posted online. Couldnt use the shower in our room because the water trapped uner it has eroded the flooring under it. Long story short we were not comfortable using the shower becuase the flooring was liquid. You could feel, hear and see the nasty water under it. You can tell they are trying to remodel, but maybe should close until they finish. Pool had a busted dirty diaper by it, rused out rails, and no heater in the pool. Yoi get what you pay for ya know

Briidgeton Mo. Beautiful , retro hotel but it was aweful , very dirty! Later I found out it was a welfare hotel. Outdated, which I dont mind but being dirty!

Staff were very respectful and patient, very welcoming environment. Hallways and bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but I can still tell there was effort to keep them generally maintained, except the front desk, it was very dusty, does no one wipe it down ever so often? Guests can become dirty if interacting with the front desk.

Very poor condition

The hotel was in a very poor condition, air conditioning in the room didn’t work so we were sent to a different room with a working and very loud air conditioning pictures of the inside of the hotel and rooms didn’t reflect the shape the hotel is in, in no means!! Never ever again also very sketchy when it comes to security 😔 honestly you should not have this hotel on your website, very deceiving!

I have contacted an attorney for the discriminatory acts by some front desk staff. The property lied as far as amenities no internet connection in rooms. No led tv and its not even phone in the room. I believe that its a camera in my smoke detector the pictures also will be included horrible place I even contacted the BBB regarding this property false advertising and the health department and Missouri lodging department this place needs to be closed down. One housekeeper who brings her daughter with her and barely speaks eng. I will be sure to use all my resources regarding my treatment and of others.! Pictures are included and records has been kept for my stay here just horrible horrible.
