Property and room were satisfactory. It would have been more convenient if there was a coffee pot so we could have used the coffee supplied in the room and a small refrigerator would have been helpful. The entry door showed definite signs of having been broken into previously., which gave us an uncomfortable feeling. Room was clean and everything worked as expected. All in all we would stay again when life calls us back to the St Louis area.

This property is very convenient for restaurants Forest Park the zoo. My experience with the staff is very friendly and professional. This property is very convenient and easily access to anything in the city that you need to do or want to do. I always enjoy my stay here.

The room was comfortable. The night staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff on check out was nicer. We missed not having a mini fridge for water and tea, but we made lemonade out of lemons. For the love of God, someone please remove the crackerjack sticker from the lamp base on the side of the bed.

Fine, but not impressed

The room was clean when we arrived, and the price was great. However, I made our reservation for a family of 4, and they only left 2 towels in our room. When my husband asked for more, they told him that we needed to bring our dirty towels to the office to get more. After explaining that we had 4 people, they finally gave him some more, but we shouldn’t have had to go begging for more. They did not come in and clean or refresh anything during our stay. The hotel WiFi was not secure, which was a concern to my husband. And the sign at the desk says they are not responsible if anything goes missing inside or outside of your room, which just raised red flags for me. Like I said, the price was nice, but I will likely find a different hotel the next time we travel to St. Louis!

My husband and I stayed here 10 yrs ago while my Mother was in Barnes Jewish Hospital because it was close and affordable. At that time it was clean and we felt safe, so again we had an appointment at the hospital and I chose this place again. In 10 years it has gone downhill!! The room itself was clean enough, but the door didd not latch from the inside as it looked like it had been kicked in and busted. it was secure enough from the outside, but we put the chair in front of it to feel more safe. There is clearly people living there so we had a room on the top, as that is all that was available, I would have never stayed there knowing that, there where the residents sitting on the steps, smoking and hanging out. Will never stay again in this motel. And the outside was dirty looking and very scetchy vehicles in parking lot.

Overall the room was generally clean even though it was quite outdated. The staff was friendly. People were smoking weed outside often… the room has a bad odor. We had a dirty towel and the plug-in for the hair dryer didn’t work. There was no fridge or microwave so it’s only convenient if you only need a place to sleep. It was quiet though
