When we got into our room we found the following issues: 1. Room smeeled like an ash tray, 2. Stains and paint peeling off the walls, 3. Stains on the bed spreads, 4. Poor repairs to the damaged walls and bathroom door, 5. We got 2 wash and hand towels and only 1 shower towel for 3 people, 6. The location is in a poor area of town.

There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future.

The room had trash and dust bunnies between the fridge and dressed. The bathroom roof leaked over the shower. There was mold in the bathroom and a roach was running around in the bathroom. The hand rail in the shower was coming out of the wall. The ceiling was peeling over the beds and the curtain would not hang on the rod.

The room was comfortable. The night staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff on check out was nicer. We missed not having a mini fridge for water and tea, but we made lemonade out of lemons. For the love of God, someone please remove the crackerjack sticker from the lamp base on the side of the bed.
