My sheets were dirty and smelled. They must have been very used to smell like this. The bed was very uncomfortable. A local told me that a lot of crime happens at this hotel and to not leave my room. I couldn’t turn on the A/C unit because it smelled so bad. The filter must not ever get changed. I couldn’t get out of this hotel fast enough and would have switched to a new hotel if my payment wasn’t already final when I arrived.

Run down. Noisy. Window faced a parking lot and cars right outside the window. A/C was inconsistent. Asked for a wake up call and was told “the phones are broken” so they couldn’t do that.

Bathroom was in bad shape. The sink faucet was not even attached, the shower faucet was very very loose, however the water pressure was absolutely wonderful.

There's no arguing that this place is good value for the money when you're just looking for a quick overnight stop on the way to the airport. We chose it because we booked long term parking through Global and it was the most cost effective. The rooms are very large and well-appointed but the building itself looks tired. We didn't notice it but we overheard another guest complaining that the car cleaners at the Hertz rental place next door blared loud music all night long and kept her awake. The shuttle is very reliable and the driver is great. he passed out cards at the end of the run and told us to call him when we arrived back in St. Louis, where to meet him and when to call (after we had cleared immigration and baggage).
