Location is this hotels best feature. Convenience to the Arch and Busch stadium. Staff was very friendly and professional. Disappointed that this hotel did not have refrigerators available as 85-95% of hotels provide this service across the U.S. This made it difficult for a family to spend multiple days in the city. Ice machines were currently inoperable and had limited functionality, only one working machine was available for the entire hotel.
