The stay was ok
Posted Jun 2, 2020 on HotelsThe hotel setup was really cute, perfect for a quick getaway. The room was small but cozy. Furniture was a little worn. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, I’m 8 months pregnant and would’ve loved something more firm. The bathroom good use a good cleaning as I saw a bit of mold in the tiles. My biggest complaint is that fiancé and I had to take a like warm shower!!!! The water in the shower didn’t get hot at all.

Dirty
Posted Jun 1, 2020 on HotelsThe staff were wonderful! The room was dirty. Due to COVID-19 I had come prepared with cleaning supplies and thank goodness I did. The floors had crumbs all over. Every inch of the room was dusty. The bathrooms didn’t look clean or smell clean. The air blower was caked with dust. The fridge was smelly and dirty. In addition it took 5+ minutes to get hot water to my room.

Location was great. We enjoyed the lounge area. lot of events and businesses were closed.
The art and layout of the rooms and corridors, hallways were very tasteful and relaxing.
We plan to come back.

Good stay, but some updates are needed
Posted Mar 14, 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is nice, but is starting to show signs of wear. Our toilet looked dirty, but it was only because the bowl had major scratches. The furniture had scratches and the blanket on the bed was frayed.
We could also hear the room next to us. They had a phone conversation that sounded as if they were in the room with us. We could hear every single word distinctly and they were speaking at a normal level.
The customer service was excellent! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.

loved that it was close to the campus and we could walk to the school baseball field and the restaurant and bar in the hotels and others so close by. perfect stay without having to rent a car for the weekend

There were visible stains on the mattress and floor. The bathroom was not very clean, dust around the floorboards. The toilet was running.
