Staff was very nice, but check in was slow. Pool was closed the day we wanted to use it. The toilet was dirty when we arrived. There were not enough luggage carts when we left, and we had to make several trips downstairs to get all our stuff down. The location was very convenient. Parking was great. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Overall had a great stay! Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning which was a huge bummer. Only reason we picked to stay here was for the kids to swim.

Never had our room cleaned from saturday check-in til we left Tuesday morning. We were told they don't do anything unless you are there for more than 3 days.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great. The hotel was very busy lots of kids being very loud and un-supervised at the pool. Tried for hours to use the pool with no luck. I picked the hotel for my gfs birthday because it had a pool and good reviews. It was very frustrating that we were not able to swim. I feel there should be rules for kids definitely that many un-supervised. For the price of $219

Stayed here and loved it! Was met with warm welcomes and smiles at the front desk, free breakfast, they also had free wine & hors d'oeuvres
for valentines day which was great. Right across from the galeria and minutes from fine dining in Clayton and Frontenac! My only complaint would be I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner and my sheets were stained, also parking is a tad bit difficult considering theres a small parking lot and the walk to the door feels so far but other than that I loved it and will stay here again.
