Room was dirty, lots of dog hair everywhere. Also room was right next to side door where guests and, worse, staff stood to smoke, which the smell then came into the room from the aircon. They did move us after complaint.

Our room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast had a nice variety. There are several restaurants close enough to walk if you choose.

Pretty clean and staff was very polite. Very quiet area. Stay was very peacefull. Close to alot of restaurants, and stores.

We arrived 2 hours after we were suppose to check in and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. There was never anyone at the front desk to help us. There was no bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa. The staff acted like I really put them out asking for a blanket for it to go along with the sheets. One of the rooms keys never worked during our stay even after it was replaced.

bedding was stained and dirty, toilet paper was empty front desk wasn’t much help with getting new bedding had to ask three times to get a comforter

It was a little loud. But that’s not their fault but lots of running and screaming all night. I think someone was recording an album in one room and you can’t hear it down the hall lol It didn’t bother us. But it might bother some people who are sensitive to sound? But what hotel has good insulation? Room was mostly clean. Dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed. And there was only a half roll of toilet paper. Bathroom could have been swept again. But honestly overall it was clean enough to be comfortable. We will definitely stay again despite the little things. Staff was friendly and helpful with all issues. I would recommend to anyone who needs a more apartment like long stay.
