- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Alright so.. this is the first time I’ve ever made a review. I’m a pretty mellow person, but holy cow. Checked in, 3rd floor room with a broken elevator. No big deal, I need the excercise. The hallway smelled like sour garbage. Walked in the room, it smelled like stale mold. The kitchenette sink was clogged, none of the lights in the bathroom worked, the floors were sticky. I thought whatever at least I have a bed. I get into the bed and my body immediately breaks out into a rash. Now, I’m allergic to something in Tide detergent. I call the front desk, ask if they use Tide, she says she doesn’t know, awkward silence, I explain my situation, awkward silence, I ask what I should do, she says she’ll call her supervisor and call me back. Never does. An hour or so passes, I go to plug in my phone and none of the outlets work. I call the front desk again and tell her the outlets aren’t working, she says “ok thank you” and then hangs up. I wait a while and the outlet beside the bed started working so that was nice. I strip the bed and use the blanket I brought from home. I’d been driving for hours so I passed out (fully clothed to avoid the rash spreading) until my checkout time the next morning. I honestly wish I’d saved the $60 and slept in my car. The WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had.
