The room was clean. The breakfast included was good. There isn't much parking available, so you are forced to do valet. They brought my car back to me with a flat tire (it had a nail in it) and didn't have one before that. They didn't do anything to remedy the issue. All I was offered was to use an air pump. I ended up having to purchase a new tire so I could drive home.

The hotel and the room were very up-to-date, clean and inviting, the staff including the security guards (James, Norris and Mike) were all very professional, full of information about the area, restaurants and sights.
