Check-in was easy. But there was NO breakfast due to the bar/restaurant getting renovated. If you want to park in the front of the property there’s a $25 charge but I recommend that so your car would be in a well lit area.

I was able to check in many hours earlier than I was supposed to so I really appreciate the staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and there was construction going on throughout the day. Very clean room.

There were several issues wrong, such as a broken door in one room, AC broken in the other room, no Wi-Fi, no restaurant open for food, construction all around. Should not have been the price that it was. It felt like one step above a motel

We had surprisingly been upgraded into a HUGE suite. The place is absolutely beautiful. Plus there is access to a snack shop 24/7. They are doing construction outside so their parking lot was unavailable. However, there was a huge parking lot right around the corner that was open to the public. It cost us $12 to park for the night! I am very picky and this hotel exceeded my expectations!

Great Place

This was a great area to stay. It was quiet in our room and we were able to walk to several of our destinations. Lashona at the front desk was wonderful. They gave a recommendation for breakfast, it the place was so amazing!

Hotel was massively overbooked. Prepaid customers getting turned away. The Line to check in was over an hour long with very few people getting a room and many of those had the incorrect room. People sleeping in the lobby with nowhere go. Somehow I managed to get a room but others in my party were not as fortunate. But the hotel was nice enough to provide an air mattress that only a small hole in it. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!

When I booked this hotel it was under the name, The Arch Convention Hotel. I put it in google maps and it took me to the back side of the convention center, it felt unsafe, especially at night. But the main issue was the hotel name is the Holiday Inn, not what was listed. VERY FRUSTRATING!! The staff that checked me in was nice, the room was good but the bathroom was outdated, old looking and the towels were thin and scratchy. The worst bathroom towels I've ever used.
