The property is clean, polished and well lighted parking. The staff are polite, informed and willing to assist you in any way. The rooms are very clean and the heat/AC system is great for air quality and comfort Breakfast is very good with a great selection. I will say as with many hotels in this give star rate they still need to work on their curtain/shades to allow for a dark room to sleep in. Their property lights always seem to filter through and or cars pulling in. Summer daylight time is the same light problem. Complete privacy to include darkness in a room is just a big plus for us when we travel.

Parking is close to the front door, the lobby personnel at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was two queen and it was large. The bathroom was nice and the shower was a step in. Soaps were provided in pump form on the shower wall. The free breakfast was exceptioal. A very large quantity of options which included a pancake maker. The kids loved those. They have a small pantry if you need an item. Safe area with restaurants very close by.

We requested maid service after our second night in hopes of getting clean towels. Request was not granted. We felt we were staying in a remodel in progress. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it would cave at any moment. There were some cracks in the shower that were very unclean. The underside of the front rim of the toilet was totally disgusting. The guys at the front desk were very friendly.

Hotel was in a good location. It was an average hotel. There was hair in the shower and the shower curtain was not long enough so water pooled in the floor during a shower. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well but was very loud. Fridge was also leaking water.

So the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The tv was a 50+” screen. They had plenty of movie channels to choose from. The work out room was well equipped. Here is why I did not give this a five star rating. We got there and we were informed that the WiFi was down. Not a big deal. We stayed 4 nights. Everyday I would ask if the WiFi was back up. I was told yes. But I could not hook to the internet from my room on the 4th floor. The last day I went to the lobby and hooked up. I tried to walk back to my room but lost it on the way. I asked again at the front desk and was told yeah our WiFi is weak here. Thus four star not five.
