We had a great stay! We were only there for one night for a concert and it was a perfect location! 22 minute walk to the amphitheater. They did have a shuttle to get there but we decided to walk there and back. Beds were comfortable and checking in was a breeze! We had zero issues! Would definitely stay again if we attend another concert at that venue.

Free shuttle to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater was a plus. Breakfast was also a good bonus. After the concert, I suggest walking back to the hotel. The traffic is extremely congested and the walk is not to far.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the attendant kept things filled and neat. The room only had one available outlet on the TV wall, meaning if you wanted to plug the refrigerator in, you had to unplug the desk lamp. The desk lamp and the two small headboard lights were the light source for that part of the room.

The hotel is very out dated. We got a king suite. The room was spacious however the furniture, TV and TV stand were very old. The sheer curtains had stains on them. The shower looked dirty and the toilet kept having issues running. The bed was comfortable. The property was run down and the ac was not on in the hotel. I'm not sure if this was because they couldn't afford it. The ac in the room worked though. I would not recommend staying.

The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk Jingle and another desk clerk on 3/12 in the afternoon were both knowledgeable in helping me sort out a mistake I’d made. Breakfast was good and the attendants were very kind and friendly. There was a grounds crew also very hard at work to make the place shine.
