The location was 10-10. The amenities (valet, Starbucks, breakfast, and bar) were excellent and made the stay. Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep

We paid right at $400 for one night to stay here and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms were hot all night. The pool is way too small for the size of hotel and extremely overcrowded, they advertise room service and food delivery and when we try to call and make our order, they advise that they weren’t doing that. The staff left our DoorDash order at the counter for however long without notifying us that it was there. Staff was rude and had no interest in trying to be helpful or explain situations. The only positive was at the valet. Staff was very friendly. Overall a terrible experience.

The showerhead was loose… We told them about that as well, but that did not get addressed either.
