The room was very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly, as was the front desk staff. The bartenders at the Market St Bistro were very busy but friendly. The food at the Market St Bistro was very good. The staff at the 360 rooftop bar were excellent. That bar has a fabulous birds-eye view of St Louis!

This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel.

The location was 10-10. The amenities (valet, Starbucks, breakfast, and bar) were excellent and made the stay. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some refreshing but for the price, I was happy. It was very affordable and I wasn’t expecting 5-star perfection based on cost. Overall, great stay and would return.

I would give this a 3 star , it was good location by the ballpark Walk to the Arch , I didn’t notice to many restaurants around all the hotels there . This hotel has beautiful view on 26 th floor , bar , food there . The rooms are dated expecially the bathrooms .

The room was nice but not special, breakfast options were good but very pricy. We only stayed one night so didn't experience all the bars and restaurants, but 360° had amazing views and lots of nice people. Elevator doors need to be lubricated, squeaked horribly.

I’m conflicted writing this review. The staff and the location were so amazing. The trade off was cleanliness. It started when the toilet was flushed, it backed up into the sink. The bathtub didn’t drain. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. There was a red stain on the bathroom wallpaper. The sheets had spots. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were wonderful. The building needs some serious help.

Clean room and clean hotel in general! The StarBucks coffee shop connected to hotel is very convenient! Bars at hotel are very cool as well. Staff was pretty solid. Bar tender was a little different vibe but coulda been just an off night for him. Great stay overall.

Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep
